Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel

Refunds depend on how long before the departure date you tell us:

• 21 days or more before departure: full refund of the deposit.
• 8 to 20 days before departure: 50% of the deposit refunded.
• 7 days or less before departure: the deposit is not refundable.
• If we cancel, or weather or a road closure stops the trip: a full refund or a free change of date, your choice.

How to cancel

Send us your booking reference (KT-…) on WhatsApp or by email at adalhammad556@gmail.com.

How refunds are paid

We confirm the refund amount with you and arrange the payment on WhatsApp or by email.
